Situ diamond jewellery is the result of a collaboration between celebrated South African jewellery designers Philippa Green and Ida Elsje, and architect / diamantaire Gregory Katz. Situ diamonds are encased in a block of clear epoxy resin [in-situ (Latin) means ‘set-in-place’]. This new combination of rare and everyday materials makes possible unique optical effects such as colouration and magnification.

Inspired by Xhosa beaders, Naómi Botha has been making necklaces since the
youthful age of six. She has a keen sense for combining colours and balance. As a result, she creates
idiosyncratic necklaces that are characteristically original, fun and versatile. No two of these
imaginative pieces are ever the same. Naómi's enthusiasm for the creative process and for
people naturally complements the ethic of JOY Bracelet.
Roux du Preez graduated from Stellenbosch University with a BA degree in visual arts (jewellery design and metal techniques).
“I consider myself a jeweller, jewellery designer and jewellery artist. JOY Bracelet enables me to combine my creative and artistic designs with more wearable pieces. I use mainly silver combined with pearls, beads, resin and stones.
